You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods within the scope of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or the named third party took possession of the last good.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend returning with proof of shipment (tracking).
In case of defective goods (e.g. defect or wrong delivery), we will cover the return costs. Please contact us in advance in this case.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the purchase price and the costs of standard shipping that we offer.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of this period.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
