Returns and Refunds

If our delivery does not completely meet your expectations, you are welcome to return the goods to us within 30 days.

Currently, we regret that we cannot offer free returns. You will need to pay for the return shipment yourself.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Please fill out the return form and state the reason for your return.                                                                                       
   We are very interested in continuously improving our product quality. Therefore, we ask you to state the reason for your return.

2. Pack the return carefully together with the return slip and take the sealed package to your nearest post office.

3. Please send the return shipment with DHL to the following address:

4. Please keep the tracking number of your return carefully until the return has been received by us and we have refunded the purchase amount.

5. As soon as the return has been received by us, we will refund the purchase price of the goods.
