Delivery and Shipping

For orders with a value of 59.00 EUR or more, insured shipping within Germany is free via our shipping partner DHL. For orders under 59 EUR, a fee of 4.99 EUR applies.

Austria: 13.99 Euro

Switzerland and rest of EU: 18.99 Euro

Delivery time is 1-3 days.

We deliver with DHL. If you are not at home during the day, your package will be stored at your nearest post office for 7 working days. Further information can be found on the notification card that the delivery person will leave in your mailbox.

Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.

We deliver our items within the EU and Switzerland.

Non-collection of shipments

Please note: If a shipment is not accepted by you or not picked up at the DHL branch within the storage period, it will automatically be returned to us.

In this case, we are entitled, in accordance with §§ 293, 304, 280 BGB, to deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount. These include in particular:

• the actual shipping costs for the outward shipment (€4.99) – even if the order was originally free of shipping costs,

• the return fees charged by DHL (currently €4.00).

This regulation applies exclusively to returns due to non-collection or refusal of acceptance and not in the case of a timely declaration of withdrawal.
